Das Carmen Souza im winzigen BürgerBahnhof auftrat, grenzte schon an ein kleines Wunder. Entsprechend waren die wenigen Karten bereits im Vorverkauf vergeben und Gäste an der Abendkasse mußten mit Stehplätzen vorlieb nehmen. Doch das lohnte sich: Carmen & Theo vermittelten die mitreißende kapverdische Lebensfreude ebenso wie die typisch portugiesische Form des Weltschmerzes: Saudade. Mit "Sous le ciel de Paris" oder "My favourite things" wurde das ganze zum Schmelztiegel des Jazz. Ein lange nachklingender Abend...
